Delay in Ticket response

Hi, I have had a ticket waiting to be processed for 5 days now. Previously I raised a ticket for the same reason which just disappeared. It was not closed just taken off the system. My ticket has been assigned. How can I chase this up with Graphtech? I see there is an update tab. I pressed that on the last ticket and not long after it disappeared !
